Free Shipping on Every Order
All orders placed on evylen.com ship completely free of charge. No minimum order value. No promo code needed. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Most orders arrive within about two weeks of ordering. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Please note: Due to exceptionally high demand, some orders may take a little longer than usual to arrive. We're working hard to get every order to you as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience — your pieces are worth the wait. Actual delivery may also vary depending on your location, carrier workload, and other factors outside our control.
We're continuously working to expand and speed up our shipping. Updates will be announced on our website as they become available.
Order Tracking
Every order includes free tracked shipping. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@evylen.com with your order number.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters to us. Every Evylen order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. There's nothing on the outside that reveals what's inside — only you will know.
Shipping Carrier
We partner with trusted shipping carriers to make sure your order arrives safely. The specific carrier may vary depending on your location and the shipping method available at the time of dispatch. Carrier information is included in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery Issues
My tracking hasn't updated
Shipments may occasionally go a few days without a tracking update, particularly during transit between facilities. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, contact us at support@evylen.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
My package shows delivered but I haven't received it
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with household members or neighbors who may have accepted it.
- Check your mailbox, porch, garage, or anywhere else packages are usually left.
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly before actual delivery.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
If you still can't locate your package, contact us at support@evylen.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Evylen is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
My package is lost in transit
If your package hasn't arrived and tracking hasn't updated for more than 21 business days from the ship date, contact us at support@evylen.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we'll reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice.
My package arrived damaged
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@evylen.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
